We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Intern who shares our passion for productivity and project management tools, especially Notion, to help us turn creative ideas into practical, impactful tools.

Co-x3 Family Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation. This internship at our nonprofit is unpaid, and completely remote.

 

Role Overview:

As our IT Intern (Productivity), you'll immerse yourself in productivity, database, knowledge base, and project management tools like Notion and other leading productivity platforms, learning to optimize these tools for project management, database creation, and overall productivity enhancement. You'll collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and implement innovative products that align with our mission of fostering a supportive, intentional community.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Notion and similar productivity, database, and project management tools to support our initiatives.
  • Work alongside our team to develop and refine internal tools that enhance our foundation's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage in collaborative projects, contributing to the translation of creative ideas into functional, user-friendly solutions.
  • Help create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for utilizing new tools and processes.
  • Participate actively in our community, offering insights and feedback on how to improve project outcomes and productivity.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or education in IT and advanced software use.
  • A genuine interest in productivity and collaboration tools, with a desire to learn and excel in Notion.
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate ideas into practical applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of community engagement.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team.
