Culinary Production Internship w/ Celebrity Chef who's Local for Limited Time

If you love social media, cooking, food blogging, food styling, food tv, or learning about healthy food this might just be a dream role for you.

What you could learn: food styling secrets, social media strategies, food photography, how to work with a green screen, what it takes to run a blog and/or business, how to acquire sponsorships, how to develop recipes for publication (books, magazines, etc.) cooking shortcuts, healthy cooking techniques, healthy recipes that reverse diabetes/obesity, etc), what it takes to work on a set as well as tips and tricks for helping people get fit, reverse diabetes and empower kids to eat vegetables. 

What you’d be doing: assisting with food prep for social media and still food shoots, assisting with food styling (more likely observing and learning how until you learn), assisting with potential tv shoots and virtual or in-person cooking demos, assisting with creation of grocery lists and cleanup after cooking. Assisting in uploading images/video to a share drive (I’ll teach you) after shoots. (Note: We did a shoot for Philly Live that you would have been part of)

No formal experience or training needed or expected. Just a love for cooking and being in a kitchen, interest in health, and attention to detail. The only real requirements are that you are super friendly (we are), you can follow recipes precisely. We will teach you everything else. 16-20 hours per week and we are able to work around other internships/jobs/commitments.
