IT Intern

The IT Intern will directly assist the IT Team with a wide range of duties and projects. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take the skills they learned in school and apply them in a professional setting.

·       Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems- including repairs and installs

·       Assist with user support of daily IT issues

·       Occasional visits to Michigan locations in Lake Orion & St. Clair

·       Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, or similar program

·       Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10

·       Hands-on experience troubleshooting issues with laptop and desktop computers

·       Basic IT troubleshooting skills for network, printing, and active directory

·       Familiarity with deployment of computer images through PXE booting preferred, but not required
