Human Resources Intern
Objective of the Position: Assists the Human Resources department.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Partner with HR team to establish programs and processes aimed at improving employee engagement.
- Coach and train new production members, including team leaders on human skills and work processes.
- Identify metrics and establish process for on-going monitoring of KPIs for HR team.
- Create new processes for communication with various levels of the workforce.
- Assist in completing HR processes for the employee life cycle.
Requirement Profile:
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
- Undergraduate student in Business, HR, or other undergraduate field of study. GPA of 2.7 or higher
- Must be able to utilize MS Excel and Word to create documents.
- Previous work experience (any field) preferred
- Work 40 hours per week preferred
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
