Student Affairs and Diversity Tech Support
- Troubleshoot variety of software and hardware problems
- Assist staff and students over the phone or in person with software and network questions
- Maintain STC computer lab to make sure that it is in good working order
- Oversee the STC lab and assist patrons with technology questions
- Service printers as necessary, by replacing toners and loading paper
- Inspect computer equipment and report hardware or software problems to SADIT
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
