Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer/OCR Developer

Hybrid (Detroit, Mi)

Full-time (40 hours/week)



We are looking for a recent college graduate to join the team as a Junior OCR Developer! You will be utilizing OCR tools like Selenium, Pandas, and Python to support automation. This organization is investing in emerging cloud technologies to deliver cutting edge technical solutions. Top Skills Needed: 

  • Currently pursuing or having earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Python 
  • Any experience or interest in creating automation and/or RPA/OCR 
  • .NET and JavaScript experience 
  • Nice to haves: Team is using Abbyy Flexi Capture, Kofax, and RoboCorp Automation

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Contribute to the design and creation of use cases for RPA/OCR tools – Selenium, Pandas, and Python
  • Fixing and creating automation components on an ongoing basis  
  • Implement Bot throughput
