Part-Time Intern, HR Technology (June-Dec 2024)

The HR Technology Co-op is a part of Insulet’s HR Technology Team administering Insulet’s Workday and ServiceNow platforms. He/she will work closely with HR customers to ensure accurate data and system integrity.

As an integral part of the HR Technology Team, the HR Technology Co-op will support the configuration and delivery of service for the Workday and ServiceNow platforms.  This position will be responsible for monitoring inquiries and requests from our customers, troubleshooting, review, testing, knowledge article creation.  In addition, the person will be a part of our team as we design and build consistent approaches, standards and systems for analytics, reporting and data comparisons and validations across various HR data sources and processes.



  • Support HR Technology team members in the following Workday modules:  HCM, Reporting, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Performance Management modules, with opportunities for growth across the platform.
  • Support the roll-out of Workday releases
  • Support HR Technology team members for our ServiceNow HRSD implementation, including creating Knowledge Articles and helping with new features and functionality.
  • Works collaboratively with HR Technology partners to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary in both the Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Promotes quality, compliance management, and process improvements using the various tools and guidance.
  • Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working on the Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, HR

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Previous Workday and/or ServiceNow experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have ability to effectively communicate with team members
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be a team player as well as comfortable working independently
  • Ability to carry out clear instructions to continually raise the standards of processes across the Project Team
  • Results orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance orientated culture.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics.

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $31.25. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
