Internship Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Production Intern to join Brasschannel. This role involves significant contributions to building and enhancing our platform by editing videos, adding watermarks, and managing daily video uploads. This internship is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in digital media, video production, and online content management in the music industry.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

  • Edit video content to create engaging and polished final products.
  • Incorporate creative elements such as transitions, effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.

Watermarking Videos

  • Apply watermarks to videos to protect the content and promote brand recognition.
  • Ensure that watermarks are placed consistently and do not detract from the video content.

Daily Video Uploads

  • Manage and schedule daily video uploads to the platform, ensuring a consistent flow of content.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for search engines and audience engagement.

Content Management

  • Maintain an organized digital asset management system for storing and retrieving video content.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure content alignment and promotion across platforms.

Quality Control

  • Monitor video quality and ensure that all content meets the channel’s standards before uploading.
  • Provide feedback on content and suggest improvements to enhance video quality and viewer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in film studies, digital media, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer capable of handling video editing tasks.
