Marketing Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and promotions within the entertainment industry. The Marketing Intern will work closely with our marketing team to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns for Bad Kids Korporation and our affiliated artists.

Responsibilities:

1. Kontent Kreation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional videos.
2. Social Media Management: Manage and update Bad Kids Korporation's social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
3. Campaign Support: Provide support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, coordinating logistics, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
4. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
5. Digital Advertising: Assist in the setup and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Spotify.
6. Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content kreation, and performance analysis.
7. Event Support: Provide logistical support for marketing events, including event planning, koordination, and on-site assistance as needed.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance data, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, and compile reports for internal review.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, kommunications, or related program or 1 or more years of work experience.
- Strong written and verbal kommunication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and messages.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture is preferred.
- Some travel for work is required on occasion.
