Data Analyst Intern

The Data Analyst Intern will be responsible for assisting the Analytics Team on daily activities as assigned. This position will report directly to the Director of Data Analytics, and will be responsible for creating/managing reports, designing dashboards, creating/managing datasets and using best data practices.

Responsibilities

·Creating Tableau reports to support operations

·Maintain accurate data and communicate inaccuracies to the team

·Update weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Excel

·Collaborate with assigned team to meet all department deadlines

·Demonstrate key understanding of role and propose new ideas to create value

·Analyze datasets to find hidden trends/answers and present findings

Qualifications

·Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·Experience with BI software such as Power BI or Tableau

·Educational Experience with R/Python or a similar language

·Exposure to SQL

·Proficient written and verbal communicator

·Ability to present data findings

·Organized with high attention to detail

·Work or educational background in Data Analytics

·Current student of at least junior standing or recent graduate preferred
