Job Description:

As a Business Development Intern at Lending Mojo, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expansion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fintech, working alongside talented and passionate team members dedicated to transforming the financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and market trends. Analyze competitor offerings and industry developments to inform our strategy.
  2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers and strategic partners.
  3. Client Engagement: Assist in developing and executing outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients and partners. Communicate our value proposition effectively and nurture relationships to drive business opportunities.
  4. Support Sales Efforts: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, and following up with prospects to move deals forward.
  5. Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives. Support the partnership development process, including initial outreach, relationship building, and contract negotiations.
  6. Market Expansion: Assist in identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to enter and expand our presence in target markets.
  7. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to business development activities, including lead generation, client engagement, and market trends. Use insights to optimize strategies and drive informed decision-making.


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for fintech and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
