HR Intern

  • Assist with collection and filing of HR files, including record retention, performance documents, and employee files
  • Perform quarterly employee file audit
  • Post job openings on SuccessFactors and handshake, monitor and share applications with hiring manager.
  • Coordinate and take part in candidate interviews.
  • Complete pre-employment verifications, background screenings, and drug screenings
  • Event scheduling for Troy office
  • Schedule training opportunities for employees
  • Maintain employee training system and training plan.
  • Perform quarterly audit on the training system
  • Assist in organizational Chart audits
  • Assist in our onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and new hire documents
  • Assist with monthly reporting needs
  • Compile data to create bar graphs on monthly & historical HR KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Ensure we have up to date Job descriptions on file. Make updates to existing Job descriptions if the position responsibilities change, or if a new position is created
  • Assist with reviewing and modifying HR practices to ensure compliance with IATF audit requirements
  • Assist with HR policy updates and revisions
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a year-round job; we are looking for a sophomore graduating in 2027.
