CAD Software Product Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the company’s 2D and 3D CAD based desktop and SaaS software products for hydraulic engineering design.
  • Investigate software issues reported by customers worldwide, and report results to software product owner.
  • Test new and existing software products and report issues to the development team.
  • Participate in software design reviews, functional acceptance testing and validation testing of software for release.
  • Follow through on software issue resolutions by working with the development team, and communicating resolutions to customers.
  • Be organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the candidate's skills.
  • Programming skills are not required.

Our products span across both desktop and cloud environments

  • 2D CAD Platforms: AutoCAD
  • 3D CAD Platforms: Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks
  • Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum

Prefer candidates looking to continue part time employment until graduation, with interest in entry level position after graduation.
