Job Description:


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Tour Manager and Event Planning Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing tours and planning events, helping to bring our creative visions to life through meticulous coordination and execution.

Responsibilities:


- Assist in the planning and execution of tours and events, including concerts, promotional events, and brand activations.
- Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and schedules for team members and talent.
- Communicate with venues, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
- Help create and manage detailed event and tour itineraries.
- Assist in budget planning and tracking for tours and events.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities and materials for events.
- Handle on-site event management tasks, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event planning and tour management.

Requirements:


- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event planning tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Passion for the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
