Job Description
As a Marketing and Sales Intern at Nivo Solar, you will be a crucial part of our outside direct sales team, working in the field to engage potential customers and introduce them to our solar energy solutions. This position will offer you the opportunity to learn and earn based. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for renewable energy, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories through prospecting, community events, and other outreach methods.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to homeowners and businesses, providing information on cost savings, environmental impact, and product features.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule in-home consultations for interested homeowners with our experienced solar consultants.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
