Human Resources Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This role will focus on orientation, onboarding, and pre-employment processes, providing essential support to our HR Business Partners in various ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for human resources.

Pre-Employment:

  • Support the pre-employment process, including background checks, reference checks, and other pre-hiring activities.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-employment documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

Orientation & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of orientation programs for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

HR Business Partner Support:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in various HR functions.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities.
  • Conduct research and gather data for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update HR databases and systems.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
