We are currently seeking an IT Intern for our Auburn Hills, Michigan facility.

What is This Opportunity?

The IT Intern role is primarily focused on assisting Manager and other colleagues in order to complete all IT related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description are to be used as a guideline and are not meant to be all-inclusive of the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

• Responsible for assisting IT Service Desk colleagues to finish related IT work.
• The essential duties will consist of IT Service Desk related duties.
  • Imaging clients
  • Fielding Service Now related tickets
  • Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting
• Complete all tasks assigned by manager or colleagues in a timely manner.

Skills and Education:

• Good learning ability.
• Responsible and result oriented.
• Works three or more days a week, reaching at least 15 hours.

Education and Experience:

• In college and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
