As a Product Owner you will play a vital role in the development and success of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features that align with our product vision and goals. Responsibilities
Product Strategy:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the product vision and strategy.
- Translate business requirements into user stories.
Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize user stories and features based on business value and feasibility.
- Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to understand and prioritize requirements.
Agile Development and Sprint Planning:
- Work with development and QA teams to plan and prioritize product backlog items.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure product features are meeting acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project progress and adjust priorities as needed to ensure timely delivery.
User Experience and Design:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Provide input on design decisions based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Advocate for the needs of end-users throughout the development process.
Product Launch and Iteration:
- Assemble release notes and related documentation to complement the product.
- Help support the CSM team as it relates to the product.
- Coordinate product releases and internal trainings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Prior experience in software development or product management is desirable but not required.
