Job Description:

AQRE Advisors is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our commercial real estate services and listings. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of social media marketing within the context of the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop engaging posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to showcase our commercial properties and highlight industry trends.
  2. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Schedule and publish content, track engagement metrics, and analyze data to optimize social media strategies.
  3. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and CRE industry news. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding our online reach and improving user engagement.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns. Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics, trends, and insights. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or working towards a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
