Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Location: USA

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with proficiency in core scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and development of custom applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and troubleshooting during the development process.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications post-implementation.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and upgrades, and evaluate their impact on current solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages used within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools and technologies, including Service Portal.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
