Social Media Intern

The Learning Guild, a CloserStill Media company, is a community of practice for those supporting the design, development, strategy, and management of organizational learning. As a member-driven organization, we aim to create a place where learning professionals can share their knowledge, expertise, and ideas to build a better industry—and better learning experiences—for everyone. 

The Learning Guild is looking for an intern to manage our organic social media covering our digital member and event accounts. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience planning social media calendars, creating social media posts and assisting the Executive team with brainstorming campaigns.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proactively develop marketing collateral from new and existing content to promote brand (e.g., graphics, videos, etc.)
  • Create content and growth strategy for social media
  • Engage with online communities in an authentic and meaningful way
  • Reviewing and analyzing metrics on all digital channels
  • 1+ year of experience in social media management content creation, and graphic design (Canva)
  • Passionate about social media
  • Excellent writing and communications skills, English language
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (other programs a plus)
  • Well organized, team player but can work independently

Thoughtful, motivated, mature, productive, collaborative individuals—preferably undergraduate students, graduate students, or those who have completed a degree within the past year or two—should send a resume and social media handles.
