What We Seek:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to each practice area [strategic communications, government affairs, issue campaigns and culture, strategy & organizational design] within our firm, assisting with various projects, research tasks and administrative duties. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals. Please note that we require that all working hours (20-25 hours) be done in one of our offices nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with research projects, data analysis and report preparation for each practice area.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, note taking, and organizing documents.
- Contribute to the development of client deliverables, such as presentations, memos and briefs.
- Conduct background research on policy issues, legislative developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project logistics, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
- Support internal company initiatives, events and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or a recent graduate, preferably in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interests in public policy, advocacy and social justice issues
- Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn

Salary Range and Benefits:
This temporary position pays $19/hr.
Schedule:
This is a temporary position offering 20-25 hours a week. The internship duration will last approximately 14 weeks (September 9, 2024- December 13, 2024) and will be in person at one of our offices nationwide.
