Fall HR Culture and Inclusion Intern
About the Role:
The Culture and Inclusion Intern will engage on projects and tasks related to creating and improving a positive employee experience associated with elevating the employee experience.
What you'll do:
- Work on projects related to improving the employee experience with the Culture and Inclusion teams
- Gain experience supporting the organization culture, employee events and Employee Resource Groups
- Lead projects to drive process improvements for ticket distribution, events and other culture and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure an amazing employee experience through high-touch, personalized communication and engagement.
- Support efforts to communicate effectively with employees and leaders to ensure awareness of opportunities to recognize and reward employees
- Facilitate tickets process from start to finish and organize and document recipients and other required information for compliance
What You'll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a university degreed program. Preferably Experience Design
- Organizational Skills and ability to self-manage project work
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be proactive and manage multiple priorities under moderate supervision
