ID Card Customer Service Representative Job Description

ID Card Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting with campus ID Card production and services functionality. Customer Service Representatives should provide excellent customer service by demonstrating effective communication skills and a welcoming attitude. This position requires having general knowledge about on-campus services, locations and events to provide resources to the university community when needed. Schedule will vary depending on class schedule and desired coverage.

Responsibilities:

·        Becoming knowledgeable about the GrizzCard and its functions.

·        Maintaining strict confidentiality of cardholder information.

·        Knowledgeable in card features and picture taking software.

·        Promoting GrizzCa$h

·        Handling cash and operating the register efficiently and collecting campus VTS deposits.

·        Understanding office opening and closing procedures.

·        Maintaining a clean office appearance.

·        Answering phones and taking messages.

·        Mastering the process of changing printer ribbons.

·        Troubleshooting equipment, printers, cards and copiers in the OC.

·        Knowing and understanding the employee manual.

·        Arriving for all shifts on time.
