SR. ANALYST, HRIS (UKG/KRONOS DIMENSIONS) - REMOTE
Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day technical operations of UKG/Kronos Dimensions system including data analysis and reporting, system administration, and escalations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Understand and maintain confidentiality of HR data
• Gather HRIS data using BI reporting tools or running simple SQL queries
• Perform auditing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance of data
• Maintain system rules, workflows, and forms.
• Document processes and results.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement by analyzing data flow and understanding downstream impact of existing and new processes.
• Provides support including responding to data correction requests; mass data updates in response to business changes/requirements, large changes and other business processes.
• Performs mass data upload using data loader tools.
• Collaborate across HR, IT, Payroll and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate problems and develop suggestions and strategies for resolution.
• Escalates complex issues to the proper HR functional owner or technical specialist.
Gather business requirements for defects and enhancements related to the HR system and clearly document issues, collaborating with IT on developing timely solutions.
• Provide HRIS support for recurring and annual HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, annual compensation planning, learning, and annual benefits enrollment.
• Integral member in quarterly and periodic system upgrades including testing, process updates or configuration and communication
• Effectively communicate with all levels of management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• 5-7 years of direct HRIS experience
• Direct UKG/Kronos Dimensions or similar time and labor system required.
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with other database tools.
- California Time & Labor rules experience.
- Work Force Dimensions (WFD) experience.
- Oracle Time & Labor experience.

Pay Range: $59,810.6 - $137,589.63 / ANNUAL
