Human Resources Intern (PT) Bowling Green, KY

Physicians Rehab Solution, a national organization, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their Bowling Green, KY team.

This position will support the HR Director, HR Generalist(s), PRS Operational Team, and team members in daily HR functions. These include but are not limited to recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, reporting, etc.

This individual should be dynamic, personable, a team player, driven, and have a servant's heart.

Non-negotiables of this position:

  • Must be kind, professional, dependable, and self-aware.
  • 100% in an office environment.
  • Must be willing to share office space with teammates.
  • This team member will be open to training, input, and daily mentorship/collaboration from the PRS operational team and leadership.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Healthcare Administration required.
  • Human Resources experience, a plus.

  • Ability to pass a background check and potential drug screen.
