Java / JavaScript Developer Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client requirements and preparing designs for translating the needs into deliverables
  • Involvement in actual development, to complete the project to specifications within time schedule
  • Constantly reviewing own work and removing bugs if any
  • Ensuring adherence and compliance to all processes and quality parameters
  • Maintaining and enhancing projects/software as per the client's request

 

Java / JavaScript Developer - Common Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Java with proficiency in object-oriented design principles
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (Angular or React)
  • Familiarity with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines especially using Git
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux experience

Java Developer - Specific Requirements:

  • Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring and Hibernate

JavaScript Developer - Specific Requirements: 

  • Strong Experience with web development frameworks (Angular or React)
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring and Hibernate

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Java or JavaScript experience
  • Graduated with bachelor's degree or higher with minimum of 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA scale is required
  • STEM degrees are preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work onsite at client office 5 days a week
