Graphic Design Intern (Comedy)

Job description

SlapStik Comedy Entertainment is offering some exciting opportunities to talented students, that include valuable hands-on experience in Graphic Design.  Your responsibility will be to design pages for SlapStik Comedy Magazine. Interns will be directly supervised by Mecha Swain.

About the Company

Mecha Media is an independent production company that is located in Columbus, Ohio. SlapStik Comedy Entertainment is the brand that we call the playground for comedians. We created components to showcase comedians through multiple platforms: SlapStik Comedy Magazine, Radio and TV that can all be viewed by visiting our website at website at www.comedyslaps.com

We offer multiple positions for internship opportunities such as:

advertising, animator, content editor, copywriter, illustrator, marketing, public relations, social media, video editor, website maintenance, and writers

Our team is located throughout the US. Every Sunday, we meet as a team at 2:30p EST. Breakout calls are scheduled as needed. Each person on our team creates their own schedule or works on their time. There is no micromanagement, and everyone sets their own due dates. 

Lastly, this is an unpaid internship where school credit will be received upon the completion of the internship.

Intern hours: A total of 16 weeks
