RISE Fellowship
The RISE Fellowship is a 13 month paid residency that provides recent college graduates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the mental health field. As a member of the RISE Fellowship, fellows work as direct care staff in Eliada's psychiatric residential treatment programs. Throughout their time at Eliada, fellows become familiar with how to work and interact with children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with a variety of mental illnesses, from post-traumatic stress to oppositional defiant disorder. RISE Fellows are also able to participate in the many therapeutic and recreational activities that we have in place for our students.
RISE Residency Amenities:
* Hourly paid stipend (plus an overtime rate)
* Free furnished housing (including basic utilities)
* A generous benefits package including healthcare, vision, and dental
* PTO and SICK leave

* Unlimited access to all campus facilities, including a fitness center, tennis courts, pool, rock climbing wall, and more!
