Job Overview
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, CATL,
through its U.S.-based subsidiary, CATK, is seeking a talented and experienced IT
Systems Engineer with special focus on the corporate systems to join our local team. As
an IT Systems Engineer at CATK, you will play a key role in integrating and optimizing
enterprise systems such as ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and others. You will be
responsible for demand analysis, system design, implementation, troubleshooting, and
performance optimization. Additionally, you will oversee the construction, maintenance,
and support of operation systems and mobile applications, providing technical expertise
and ensuring seamless functionality.


Essential Functions

  • Lead the demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion of
    ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems to meet business
    requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance of ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and
    other systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain operation systems and mobile phone applications,
    including construction, operation, maintenance, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements
    with information systems, improving overall business performance and user
    satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless database operation, configuration, and maintenance,
    leveraging proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++,
    Java, or JavaScript as needed.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate
    knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
    Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integrating and optimizing ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS,
    and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align
    technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java,
    JavaScript, etc.) and database operations.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and
    maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with
    cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person
    attendance is required for this position.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and
    skill level.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and
    climbing ladders or stairs.
  • Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations
    or troubleshooting.
  • Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites,
    and manufacturing facilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require
    driving or other forms of transportation.
