SEHS Counseling Center Front Desk Associate

.The primary purpose of this position is to ensure front desk operations at the SEHS Counseling Center run smoothly and efficiently. Specific job duties include:
  • Greeting visitors, students, and staff
  • Answering the phone system in a professional manner
  • Accepting and processing new client registrations
  • Assigning and recording client identification numbers
  • Maintaining a client wait list and distributing new clients to practicum students as needed
  • Notifying students in staff room when clients arrive for appointments
  • Creating student files, instructor binders, and room sign-out sheets
  • Wiping down surfaces in counseling center on a daily basis. as needed
  • Replenishing supplies in the counseling rooms as needed
  • Monitoring sign-in process of all students and visitors in the center
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned
