Production Control & Logistics Intern

Inteva Production Control and Logistics (PC&L) Interns get the chance to learn about PC&L’s role in supporting a manufacturing company, gain hands-on experience, and work on meaningful projects that make an impact. The intern in this role will work with the PC&L team out of Inteva's World Headquarters in Troy, MI. 

Inteva’s Summer 2025 Intern Program includes more than your day-to-day work. Your experience will include supplemental learning and development opportunities, such as executive lunch-and-learns and professional workshops. You will support Inteva’s core value of caring for the world and our communities with group volunteering opportunities throughout the summer. Most importantly, you will have fun, learn, and grow as part of a cohort of summer interns.

What will you get to work on?

• Creation of Inteva Owned Returnable Container Database
• Develop Procedures (Inteva Owned Containers, Troubled Suppliers, etc)
• Develop tracking method for identification and execution of Lean Packaging Initiatives
• Manage PC&L Dashboard and Master Data Metrics with sites globally
• Support development of global schedule attainment process

Requirements for this internship:

• Currently enrolled student pursuing degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related degree with GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
