Sales & Program Management Intern

Inteva Sales & Program Management Interns get the chance to learn about the Sales team’s role in supporting a manufacturing company, gain hands-on experience, and work on meaningful projects that make an impact. The intern in this role will work with the Sales & Program Management team out of Inteva's World Headquarters in Troy, MI. 

Inteva’s Summer 2025 Intern Program includes more than your day-to-day work. Your experience will include supplemental learning and development opportunities, such as executive lunch-and-learns and professional workshops. You will support Inteva’s core value of caring for the world and our communities with group volunteering opportunities throughout the summer. Most importantly, you will have fun, learn, and grow as part of a cohort of summer interns.

  • Support Customer Request for Quote Activity
  • Support Engineering Changes
  • Support sustainability marketing trends
  • Saphran updates for sales team (audit all parts and price)
  • Audit status of Quotes in Plex  ERP system
  • Support Program Management

Requirements for this internship:

  • Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Program Management, Business, or a related major with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
