Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of social media marketing and branding, with a keen interest in aesthetics and product photography. You will have the opportunity to express your creativity and gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in developing visually appealing content, including product photography, videos, and graphic design, that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Campaign Development: Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns. You’ll have the freedom to explore innovative ideas that can drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive and engaging community around the Oudessa brand.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Event Exploration: Research and explore local in-person fairs and events where Oudessa can participate and sell products. Assist in the planning and execution of these events to increase brand visibility and direct sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Eager to Learn: No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing is essential.
- Aesthetic Sense: A good eye for design and aesthetics, with an interest in curating visually appealing content.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique ideas for content and campaigns.
- Product Photography: Basic knowledge or interest in product photography is a plus, with the opportunity to develop your skills on the job.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality content and consistent brand representation.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our online community.
- Event Coordination: Interest in event planning and participation, with a proactive approach to researching and organizing in-person selling opportunities.
