Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate
Duration: 1 Month (During Regular Semester, can be extended if student wants)
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: Upto $35 USD
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team for one month on a part time basis. This can be easily done along with regular on going semester. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales Goals: Actively drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns or issues with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store goals and provide seamless service to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting daily sales and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for sales with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of sales concepts and tools is preferred but not required.

- Micro-Task is a small task assigned to you to test various crucial skills in you like sales capability, persuasion skills, confidence, passion, etc.
- In your case, the MICROTASK will be to successfully sign up/subscribe ONE person (from friends, family, neighbors, strangers, basically humans) to “Spardha - School of Music”, one of our clients. (more details will be informed once you register and join our WhatsApp Community)
Final Interview
- Finishing the MICROTASK successfully automatically makes you eligible for the Final Interview.
