Molex Project Management Intern/Co-Op

This role is located on-site at our Rochester Hills, MI location, and is open to candidates seeking either a part-time, year-round co-op or Summer 2025 internship position.

Our Team

As part of our Transportation Solutions business unit, you will have the opportunity to learn and support other project managers within our suite of high-power connector, terminal, sensors, and other connector products. This role will work cross-functionally with other departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.

 

What You Will Do

  • Project Planning – supporting Project Managers with Product Test scheduling, planning and executing with Global Test facilities
  • Project RnD Spend Analysis – Exposure to financial analysis with Project Manager
  • Opportunity to shadow PJM’s within team supporting project team activities
  • Support other departments, Engineering, Quality and Product Managers as needed
  • Opportunities will be provided to develop skillset within project management team
  • Plan an assigned activity through complete life cycle, including financials
  • Learn Molex PDP and Project Manager responsibilities
  • Learn technical skills from support resources
  • Learn Molex Lab and product test procedures
  • Networking and career path opportunities exposure

 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related technical degree program
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
