Your Opportunity:
As an Industrial Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific, you will…
Utilize data to analyze the complaint handling process
Lead process improvement activities across complaint management center’s divisions
Develop WIP handling infrastructure to sustain improvement activities
Leverage change management techniques to guide teams through the change
Your Impact:
Examples of meaningful work by Industrial Engineering Intern:
Reducing complaint handling processing time and/or cycle time
Facilitating relationships between analysts to facilitate process improvement
Guiding teams to utilize their resources more effectively
Qualifications:
Current Bachelor's student in your Junior or Senior year or grad student. Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.
Industrial Engineering major is preferred
Must have authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
Have basic process improvement knowledge
Have basic coding skills
