Position: Data Intern|Location: Hybrid/Remote|Duration: 10 weeks - Summer 2025 Type: Paid|Full-Time|

Role Overview: 

As a Data Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our Data & Analytics department, contributing to key projects and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to: 

Develop work experience through mentorship, networking, and professional growth opportunities. 

Gain insights and exposure to. 

Learn aspects of designing, developing and maintaining corporate data, enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.  

Deliver timely, accurate and actionable data critical to the business decision-making process. 

Facilitate the identification, analysis, development, manipulation and reporting of company data 

Make an impact within the organization through key projects and initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Collaboration: Work in a highly collaborative team environment following the Agile methodology to assist other department team members in the successful accomplishment of strategic and divisional objectives. 

Architecture: Learn the steps to establish and maintain a scalable, extensible, and maintainable architecture for the enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence system. 

Innovation: Analyze data and information in innovative ways to assist with strategic decisions, balance portfolio risk, and optimize process efficiencies. 

Intern Cohort: Participate in and connect weekly with Intern Cohort Program meeting weekly with the 2025 Internship Cohort, collectively with Executive Leadership, and one-on-one with leaders at the division level. 

Capstone: Present capstone reflection of 2025 Internship experience regarding projects and skill development in key focus areas. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Field of Study: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics or related field(s) 

Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) (e.g., communication, problem-solving) Proficiency in [software, tools, or technologies] 

Interests: Passion for learning, community impact, and professional development
