Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

 

Job Description

The Marketing Claims Intern will support our marketing team in various tasks that help maintain and develop new product-based claims and messages for the business. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure across marketing teams to support consistent and aligned use of our residential product claims and messages across various marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to projects that will make a real impact to the consumer and the company.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing strategies
  • Campaign Support: Assist boundary partners in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that include product claims in various tactics (i.e. email marketing, .com, social media, events and sponsorships)
  • Comms Support: Assist with socializing critical product claims updates to marketing partners (mass email, newsletters, meetings, presentations)
  • Analytics & Reporting - Leverage claims vendor relationships and data available to surface insights for new claim opportunities - Support aspiring claims with data to substantiate them - Measure our claims performance in marketing tactics
  • Relationship Building: interact with a variety of teams across the organization to support campaigns and help educate frontline employees about product claims and messages that support their work

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Are currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
