Marketing Intern - Summer 2025
Our Internship Program is designed to provide individuals with challenging projects and related work assignments, insight into our growing organization, and direct access to senior leaders at Sensata. The internship will be a realistic job preview as to what it is like to work at Sensata and a chance for interns to showcase their skills and abilities. Our twelve week program includes informational lunch and learns, group outings and networking, and opportunities to interact with global team members.
The Marketing Intern will be assigned to a specific project within a specific business unit. This intern is designed to give each intern a concentrated view of the marketing responsibilities at Sensata.
Internship projects vary from year to year and are based on current business needs at the time of the internship. Details will be provided prior to your start date. All projects will be with guidance from the Product Marketing team.
Responsibilities for the Marketing Intern may include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution of marketing campaigns for the specific business unit
Performing market research and competitive analysis related to the Industrial markets to develop tools for sellers and marketers
Developing and executing content and tools that support marketing activities via direct and indirect sales channels
Developing media outreach plan
Support the management of assets stored in our Digital Asset Management platform
Support the development and roll-out of our Learning Management platform

Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing a undergrad or masters level degree (e.g. MBA) with interest or focus in marketing from an accredited program
U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident is NOT required for this position, however proper work authorizations will be required.
