Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Description:
This is not just an internship—it’s an opportunity to operate at the highest level of sales. Brassclub LLC, the leading name in the music accessories market, is looking for top-performing students with a minimum 3.3 GPA who are ready to dive into the deep end of the business world. As part of our elite sales team, you will work directly with large organizations, managing major contracts and orders ranging from 5, 6, and even 7 figures. This is a high-pressure environment, designed to push your limits and get results. If you expect to be spoon-fed instructions or are afraid of real challenges, this is not the place for you.

You’ll be responsible for driving big deals and handling inquiries that could shape the future of our business. This is unpaid, but the experience and skills you’ll gain are invaluable—and if you excel, future opportunities are on the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-stakes inquiries and negotiations: You’ll be working with major clients, including large organizations, educational institutions, orchestras, and private buyers.
  • Manage big-ticket contracts: Oversee inquiries and sales deals that range from 5 to 7 figures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Collaborate with the team to formulate high-impact strategies that will close deals and generate significant revenue.
  • Build lasting partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and securing future business.
  • Drive results: It’s all about performance here—exceeding sales targets and proving your worth through tangible results.
  • Contribute to business growth: Your efforts will directly influence the growth of Brassclub LLC, and you’ll play a pivotal role in our market expansion.
  • Daily team collaboration: Participate in daily meetings via Facebook Messenger to discuss strategies, progress, and results.
  • Operate with autonomy: You will not be micromanaged. You are expected to take full ownership of your tasks and deliver beyond expectations.

Requirements:

  • GPA of 3.3 or higher—only the best candidates will be considered
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and consistently deliver results
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to handle large contracts and big sales orders confidently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and have a stable internet connection for remote work and daily Facebook Messenger meetings
