Job Description:

As a Senior Application Developer at AAFUS, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance software solutions for logistics and distribution. With experience working in enterprise software environments, such as those at companies like Intel, Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar, you will lead the technical development of mission-critical applications that help businesses streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications focused on logistics and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to define new features and ensure optimal software performance.
• Leverage experience with enterprise software companies such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar to build robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead the technical design, coding, and testing of new features, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Integrate third-party systems and services into our platform to enhance overall functionality.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, performing code reviews and sharing best practices to maintain high development standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends to ensure that our software solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions, ideally from companies like Intel, Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based platforms, microservices architecture, and large-scale data systems.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, along with experience in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with modern development processes including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to design and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
