Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business operations, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams, including development, product, and marketing, to ensure that business processes align with strategic goals. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business performance and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and model business processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights on business performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in preparing detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and help communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process management.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of business process modeling and workflow diagrams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Should have a strong understanding of business, finance, markets, stocks, stakes, and related financial principles.
Skill Sets:
- Business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, etc.).
- Process modeling and workflow documentation.
- Understanding of financial markets, business operations, and economic principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
