Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote
Type: Internship
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business operations, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams, including development, product, and marketing, to ensure that business processes align with strategic goals. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business performance and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and model business processes.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights on business performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and help communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process management.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling and workflow diagrams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Should have a strong understanding of business, finance, markets, stocks, stakes, and related financial principles.

Skill Sets:

  • Business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, etc.).
  • Process modeling and workflow documentation.
  • Understanding of financial markets, business operations, and economic principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
