Enterprise Network Administrator, ID Management

In support of this vision, the Enterprise Network Administrator, ID Management will support all access management control activities across all infrastructure systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports all access management control activities across all infrastructure systems.
- Ensures access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.
- Responsible for evaluating access management systems to show continued improvements in provision processes and operations.
- Drive organization-wide strategy and implementation plans, including but not limited to Privileged Access Management, Single Sign On, and IAM governance.
- Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Audit AD User accounts, cleaning up orphaned accounts.
- Audit AD machine accounts, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Create E-mail accounts within our Exchange environment
- Audit e-mail distribution lists and remove lists that are no longer used.
- Deploy GPOs to the organization through Active Directory.
- Administer and maintain user credentials in the Okta Platform
- Move and manage applications with SSO capability to the Okta platform.
- Investigate and develop recommendations for an account provisioning solution with role-based access.
- Ensure all access changes are tracked with approvals in our ticket tracking tool.
- Work with internal and external auditors providing reports
- Perform account management on all other standalone, cloud, or third-party applications not integrated with SSO.
- Act as a liaison for account management with other state agencies.
- Assist with the management of the Service Now application.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience (Required):
- 3+ years managing an Active Directory environment.
- Previous experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware and software.
- Ability to deploy GPOs to Active Directory
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
Education (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED
Education (Preferred)
- AAS or BS in an IT-related degree
- Current Microsoft or CompTIA certification
Skills and Experience (Preferred)
- Okta Professional or Administrator certification
- Experience managing the ServiceNow application
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Communication skills
- Communicating effectively through the oral and written medium
- Communicating technical information to a non-technical audience
- Create detailed system, process, and user documentation
- Develop and facilitate training sessions for new users on the IAM platform
- Proactively provide status updates to management on projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively between different departments.
