Robotics Process Automation Developer

Job Title: Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Location: Remote
Type: Internship
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in automating business processes using robotic process automation tools. You will work closely with business analysts and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, design automated workflows, and deploy RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in RPA development and contribute to meaningful automation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Collaborate with business analysts to identify and document automation opportunities within business processes.
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts and workflows.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure automation processes function correctly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain automated processes post-deployment to ensure continued performance and resolve any issues.
  • Document automation procedures and processes for future reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest RPA trends and best practices to enhance automation capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
  • Experience with workflow design and process automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with business processes and workflow automation is a plus.

Skill Sets:

  • Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, C#, Java, etc.).
  • Workflow design and automation experience.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of business process modeling.
  • Version control (Git) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
