Operations Campaign Fellow

Compensation : $1800/month

Job Location: Philadelphia, PA

Reports to: Department Lead

 

The 2024 Coordinated Campaign Fellowship is an exciting and challenging program designed to energize and expand the Democratic base. This year, Pennsylvania is committed to building the largest campaign program the Commonwealth has ever seen. Pennsylvania Campaign Fellows will have an unprecedented opportunity to learn firsthand how to engage and turn out voters, gaining a comprehensive understanding of statewide campaigns.

Fellows will be working in and with the Operations department. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new hiring prospects

Coordinate with members of the organizing team on potential office openings and supplies needed

Coordinate with various partners to execute local and national events

Help with operational tasks such as purchasing

Assist with field logistics for large scale principle events

Support large campaign objectives and task at a grassroots level

Work with a team that works cohesively to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and within timelines.

Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.

The Ideal Campaign Fellow is / has:

Exceptionally well organized and strong time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds

Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented

Comfortable with using technology including SMS, social media platforms and voter database

Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation

Able to work in-person

Demonstrated passion for the Democratic Campaigns and democratic values

Strong support for reelecting Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, Bob Casey and Democrats up and down the ballot

Previous campaign experience is not required.
