IT Controlling Internship (Summer 2025)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Provide business and system support to the NA Organization

Monitor and follow-up on billing activities of IT products to inter-companies (debit and credit notes per request, billing details)

Facilitate and support MAHLE economic planning process (follow up with managers, to analyze expenses trends and help calculate product prices)

Monitor Time reports and hours tracking for the IT department

Handles special projects as assigned

Review and update work instructions as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university seeking a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Must have excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills

Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities

Capacity to learn and apply new tools and concepts

Knowledge of current principles of accounting, finance and audit principles

Ability to manage complex processes

Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office applications

Must have excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros

​​​​​​​Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse or other ERP systems is a plus
