Vendor Relations Specialist Intern

Position: Vendor Relations Specialist Intern  
Location: Remote (Unpaid)  
Duration: September 2024 – December 31, 2024, or May 31, 2025 (extension highly preferred)  

Overview: 
As BrassClub LLC expands its reach to become the world’s largest online music marketplace, we need highly motivated, results-driven individuals to join our Vendor Relations team. This internship is for those who thrive under pressure, can manage high-volume negotiations, and have a strong interest in global supply chain management. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers around the globe.

You will need to quickly identify and onboard new vendors, negotiate complex contracts under tight deadlines, and ensure that BrassClub has a competitive edge in the market. This is not a typical internship; it’s an opportunity for *only the best of the best* to work in a high-intensity, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new vendors for our marketplace, particularly in the music industry.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring the best terms for both parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
- Analyze vendor performance and make recommendations to improve partnerships.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports on vendor activities and performance.
- Participate in daily team meetings from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (NYC Time), where you will report progress and discuss strategies with the team.

Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in contract negotiation or vendor relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment of 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility during peak periods.
- A passion for the music industry and supply chain management.
