Business Systems Coordinator Intern

Seeking students interested in gaining practical experience in customer sales, project coordination, and healthcare IT.

  • Position: Business Systems Coordinator Intern
  • Duration: January 27, 2025 - August 8, 2025
  • Part time, working 15 – 29 hours/week
  • Remote, based in Michigan (Eastern Time Zone)
  • Wage: $14/hour

The company is currently not authorized to support remote work employees in the following locations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming. 

The student internship program accepts international students with up-to-date work authorization for off-campus employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Monitoring, preparation, and reporting on efforts, including creation and publication of agendas, minutes, and action items, Assist with JIRA ticketing system. Activities include responding to service request, updating tickets with relevant statuses, emailing and provide status updates, assisting with project schedule development, developing and delivering requirements documentation and presentations, attending and occasionally facilitating meetings
  • Customer relationship Management (CRM): Job shadow and participate in all relevant Hubspot meetings and communicate changes to users
  • Operations: May assist with the tracking and monitoring of company’s Operational Plan, assist with company’s annual planning activities such as logistics, material development, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Support internal Business System Admins with documentation, data quality tasks, provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the US and off-campus.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams.
