Research & Development Intern - Spring Internship

Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

We are eager to welcome detail-oriented and analytical individuals to our Research & Development team as Research & Development Interns. This role is perfect for those passionate about research, innovation, and contributing to strategic projects that advance our ministry goals. You will use your skills in research and analysis to support our projects and help drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Research: Assist in performing literature reviews, data collection, and analysis to support various research projects and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Help analyze research data, generate reports, and interpret findings to inform strategic decisions and project development.
  • Project Support: Contribute to the development and execution of R&D projects, including project planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing research documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including organizing research files, managing databases, and preparing project materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D team members, participate in meetings, and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project discussions.
